Purchases, courses & bookings

Products, course access and bookings are subject to the prices and descriptions shown at the time of purchase. Payment is taken through our payment providers. Online course access is provided to you for your own use.

Cancellations & refunds

If you need to cancel or have a problem with a purchase or booking, please contact us and we'll help. Statutory cancellation rights apply where they're required by law; digital course content you've started to access may be treated differently — we'll always be fair and clear about this.

Intellectual property

Our course materials, resources, branding and site content belong to YOUbuntu CIC (or our licensors) and are provided for your own use. Please don't redistribute, resell or republish them without our written permission.

Content you submit

If you send us a message, testimonial or other content, you confirm it's yours to share and you give us permission to use it for the purpose you provided it (for example, displaying an approved testimonial).

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill, but we can't promise the site will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
