Helena came to Bitterne Park School and ran a set of fantastic assemblies to raise awareness about Black History Month with our students. The students thoroughly enjoyed their opportunity to listen to and learn even more about the importance of Black History. The students and I learned something new, it was informative, and engaging and most importantly left the students with something to think about.

Helena is a highly motivated, energetic, and authentic person. Her dedication to improving community relations and welfare is self-evident. Students really enjoyed the session, the impact of her work was broadening and deepening the knowledge and understanding of Black History and its relevance to Dance. There was an excellent blend of dance and the historical journey and context behind each style. Students were led in a safe and enjoyable environment and were able to have the space to ask questions and widen their confidence and knowledge in all aspects relating to Dance. I would highly recommend Helena (Noodles) to your school as she is so charismatic, engaging with the students, and fostered such a positive relationship with students in such a short period of time.
